More new developments in late 2006 brought change. After a series of shows, all new songs, and a whole shitload of work and inhaled inspiration, Dark Transfixion was starting to rebuild it's name as a force in the local metal scene. Unfortunately, there still wasn't a completed band. After the first few shows, in October, John decided he didn't want to play bass any more, leaving an open bassist slot, and two vocalists. Eric Groszek quit in late December '06 due to personal/professional differences, and joined Darkfall, leaving John to all the vocal duties in DT. Months passed, shows were played, and songs were written, all without a proper bassist, but finally in the first weeks of 2007, Mike Mitchell of Salvination answered the call. Now rehearsals are continuing as a full, completed band.see Dark Transfixion live, and WITNESS THE BRUTALITY!!!
