Dan Diaz

NEWS: Dan is working on a new game for Electronic Arts.



Video Game and Television/Film composer Dan Diaz has been playing and writing music since early in elementary school. Represented by Bob Rice at Four Bars Intertainment, who is known for representing many of the top composers in the video game world, Dan recently completed original music for the upcoming Electronic Arts game "Skate 3" for the PS3 and XBox360. His work also includes two other games in the "Skate" franchise: "Skate 2" for the same next-gen consoles, and "Skate It" for the Nintendo Wii. He's also had his music featured in MTV, VH1, and NBC productions; written cues included in two national "Toyotathon" commercials; composed and produced "Punk and Indie Rock: Slammin' Sounds of So Cal"; and contributed to the writing and recording of "Hip Hop Exotica", "Neo Soul 2", and "Reggaeton", all music libraries distributed by Big Fish Audio. In addition, he scored the full length film "Dead Signal". Prior to focusing on composing, Dan worked as a producer/engineer/mixer in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas, with dozens of credits to his name in that arena
