The sankofa means "In order to look into the future you must look into your past." Janet's friends Tina and Shawnette also have the same symbol on their wrist. They had it done together. All three of them loved the idea and decided to have it done by Zulu.



-"Minnie doing something to Mickey," Janet once joked. This tattoo can be found on Janet's bikini line. A friend of Janet did the design as a joke. Janet loved it and had it done.



-A "scorpio" on her lower back. Zulu made this one specially with a tribal style. It is far different from the original.



-A "kangi" (Chinese symbol) which stands for communication and new beginnings. Janet had it done together with two of her friends, Gil and Shawnette, on the back of their neck.

Pets: four dogs- Riley (a Rottweiler); Dylan (a Boxer); Madison (a miniature Schnauzer) and Pockets (an Australian shepherd-cross). ("They're my babies")
