They are from Gary, Indiana, they’re hip hop historians, and they stand firm on the word phrase coined by Keath U., and that’s Gritty Gary Glamour. That’s what you see, hear, smell, and your girl taste when getting Daily Plannet. By the way that means daily plan net, net gains, net earnings, and fuck netting loses. You know plan your net worth on all turfs. The trademark is the way the Daily Plannet ish bang and that crest where the eagle rest. They don’t rhyme for pats on the back, to get girls, or because they’re too lazy to get real jobs and to afraid to push dope. They rhyme to perpetuate the true culture of hip-hop and black music. They consider themselves ambassadors of black culture. Intelligent, and not being soft. Shit, coming from Gary, Indiana, a place they call the G I Jungle how the hell can they even consider being weak. Word. They take the stage with energy and flare. They do it like no others can. Daily Plannet dropped the album Team Daily a few years ago, on which they worked with 8 different producers over 15 songs. That’s a characteristic of the diversity of Daily P and the groups understanding of music. Today however, only continuing to work with Star Child, or SC from that original group of producers. Daily Plannet refuses to yield as they go about putting out that Plannet Boom and DP style without compromise. If you listen to the lyrics you’ll hear freshness in them, if not… Then not. They speak of the reality of life as “one of the twins”, the world and what they see around them. They are reality rap at it’s best. They’ve never had issues with getting woman or rocking fly gear. It’s not a trend, because it’s simply a tradition. They don’t jock man or woman, period. Daily Plannet is all about being fresh when seen, heard, and thought of. Daily Plannet wants everything that comes with staying fresh on the mic, rocking the most banging beats, bringing a spontaneous show to your face that jolts with authentic lyrics that’s worth your attention.
