ーーDIORI a.k.a. D-ORIGINU Biographyーー
1993, DIORI a.k.a D-Originu bought a turn table and started his work. He met rapper ZEEBRA and DJ KEN-BO, thanks to his friend, AKEEM. Then, they all started their project "Urbarian gym" (U.B.G). He has been playing not only as a DJ in Tokyo and the other area but also as a supporting DJ that he has been playing with rappers. He produced ZEEBRA's hit song "SUPATECH(what my name?)" which was in Oricon chart top 10 (it is like a billboard in the US). He gave impact on Japanese music sean. He has worked with his crew ZEEBRA, UZI, KM-MARKET and K-DUB SHINE, ラッパ我リヤ--Rappagariya) , 童子-T(dohzi-T),GK MARYAN, GDX,SPHERE OF INFLUENCE ,晋平太(shinpeita)etc so far. He has produced famous singers, rappers,and new comers. DIORI a.k.a. D-Originu's song is powerful, delicately ,and high quality and his skill to produce is professional. Thus, he has been getting a lot of offers from music industry. It is no exaggeration to say that he created the history in Japanese hip-hop sean and other music genres. His work also got familiarized in foreign countries. in 2004, when MISSY ELIOTT came to japan to song in ZEPP TOKYO, she sang with the song DIORI made. Moreover, when WILL SMITH came to promote his movie "BAD BOY 2 BAD", he listened DIORI's songs and admired his skill. in 2004, DIORI acted with "JOY BOY"who sold 1million discs in Thailand. in summer in 2006, , he produced the world cup basket ball's theme song "TOP OF THE WORLD/ZEEBRA. KEEP YOUR EYES ON HIM!!!!!
93年にターンテーブルを購入し活動を開始。その後共通の知人だったAKEEMにより、ZEEBRAやDJ KEN-BOらと知り合い、現在の活動の拠点となるアーバリアンジム(U.B.G.)として活動を共にする。
DJとして東京都内にとどまらず、全国各地の様々なクラブにてクラブDJ、ラッパーをサポートするライブDJとして活躍。また平行して活動していたプロデュース業も、2003年発売されたZEEBRA "SUPATECH--whats my name--)”のプロデューサーに抜擢され、オリコンシングルチャートTOP10に食い込むスマッシュヒットを記録。HIP HOPシーンのみならず日本の音楽業界にその名を轟かした。 以来、同クルーとして活動するZEEBRA、UZI、KM-MARKITをはじめ、K-DUB SHINE、ラッパ我リヤ、童子-T,GK MARYAN,GDX,SPHERE OF INFLUENCE, 晋平太等、大御所から期待の新人まで、幅広く手腕を奮ってる。 DIORI a.k.a. D-Originuが作り出す、逞しく時に繊細な楽曲のクオリティーの高さ。そして曲を纏め上げるプロデュース能力が一流だからこそ、幅広い世代から楽曲提供の依頼が殺到するのだ。HIP HOPシーンを中心に他ジャンルでも評価が高く、日本を飛び越え海外での注目も高い。２００４年にZEPP東京で行われたMISSY ELIOTTの来日公演で、DIORIが制作した楽曲でライブをしていたり、WILL SMITHも映画「BADBOY 2 BAD」でプロモーション来日した際、DIORIプロデュースの楽曲を耳にしその実力を認めていた。2004年にはタイで100万以上の売り上げを誇るラップスター"JOY BOY"との共演も果たし、2006年の夏、日本で行われた世界バスケのテーマ曲--Top Of The World/ZEEBRA--のプロデュースも担当するなど、ますます今後の動きから目が離せない!
