CROSSTOWN, is a band that was formed in Coronado (San Diego), CA back in 1997. It consists of 4 guys in their early 20's (2 guitarists/vocalists, bass, and drums). Their sound is more along the lines of Pop/Rock. They perform originals as well as all the popular cover songs from the 50s-current. Their covers include stuff from the Beatles, Stones, and Van Morrison to the Commodores, Ohio Players, Michael Jackson, and Prince to more current stuff from Weezer, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Mayer, Radio Head, Incubus, and Dave Matthews. The name of the band has changed a few times over the years, some of the past names include Crosstown Traffic, Inner Voyage, and Absinthe. Over the last 4 years they've performed over a 1000 gigs for many different clients and venues. Some of their more familiar corporate clients and steady gigs have been for/at: On Broadway, Lou and Mickey's Steakhouse, The Whisky A GOGO (Los Angeles), Padres/Petco Park, Bayou Bar & Grill, Chive, Ole Madrid, Cox, Monzu, Prego, Royale Brasserie, Harbor Club, Nordstrom, Red Circle Cafe, Baleen Restaurant at the Paradise Point Resort, Michelob Ultra, Ferrari & Maserati, and numerous others.
