Cracker Jackson is a Lafayette, LA based ROCK band. The band, originally formed from former members of Spank the Monkey and Stealing Cane, has been around since 2005. Original members Brian Petry, Justin Lewis, and Kristyan Ransonnet were just 3 friends who simply wanted to have fun and play some rock and roll together. Instantly Cracker Jackson was recognized as a band with serious potential to become a local phenomenon. Working the club and festival scene from Texas to Florida, Cracker Jackson has become known as one of the most powerful rock trios along the Gulf Coast.



Currently Kristyan is touring with his brother Heath and the reunited Spank the Monkey and is enjoying their continuing success. Justin can be found touring with the internationally known Jamie Bergeron and the Kickin' Cajuns and also with local country music favorites Spit Kup, along with Cracker Jackson's own Brian Petry.



Cracker Jackson has recently made changes to it's line up that is sure to deliver nothing less than amazement. With the addition of the incredible vocals of Jamie Kelly and solid, driving bassist John Bares, The Cracker is sure to impress. Original and founding member Brian Petry continues to drive the band from behind the drum kit.
