Hey everyone Tim here, it seems as though that our original site has been deleted somehow we have A LOT of friends to get back so we appologize if you get a friend request from us but we're just trying to get back to where we were. Counteract is a thrash/metal band from Central Pennsylvania consisting of

Benjamin “Remi” Youtz - Vocals, Tim Donofrio - Drums, Zack “Sanchez” Graham - Guitar,

Pete Munroe - Bass, and Branden "Boo" Kreider - Guitar (Temporary until further notice). They have been in the metal scene since mid 2002 and are not just another self-proclaimed

band. Instead they let their music and ever growing fan base speak for them. These five young

musicians play the music that they love, not what is selling the most records or getting the most

air time. They refuse to succumb to trends or to suggestions from anyone who wishes for them

the change their style.

Some major influences in Counteract’s decision to make a move in a new musical direction are:

Trivium, Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, Pantera, Slipknot, Metallica, and Chimaira.

Counteract’s goals at this time are to get on an independent label (optional), tour the U.S. and

develop a nation wide fan base, and eventually get signed onto a major record label. They also

are making it a point to play Ozzfest and someday be in a position to further support their musical

heroes/influences on national and international tours. But ultimately, these talented young musicians

dream of headlining their own national and international tours and continuing to play the music they

love for their supportive fans.
