CORPORE surge en abril de 2005 como resultado de la disolución, a principios de ese año, de los grupos zaragozanos INCESTO CANÍBAL (trash-death metal) y CAÍDA LIBRE (rock). Ante la circunstancia de formar parte como guitarrista Teocida (Lucas) de ambos grupos, David también guitarra en CAÍDA LIBRE decide unirse a este nuevo y enérgico proyecto junto a Jaime (batería) y Kintana (bajo) de INCESTO CANÍBAL, dando más potencia a las distorsiones y volviendo de esta manera a sus raíces más trash metaleras. En estos comienzos CORPORE empieza a tomar su forma definitiva desplegando un gran abánico de ritmos y riffs en su música junto con poderosas melodías vocales y voces desgarradas. Tras varios ensayos, y una vez acoplado David a esta arrolladora base rítmica, el grupo comienza a funcionar a la perfección empezando a componer temas y recuperando varios de la última etapa de INCESTO CANIBAL. Es en este momento cuando Teocida decide colgar la guitarra y pasa a coger el "micro", dejando el testigo de la guitarra en un principio a Iván, estupendo bajista y amigo, hasta principios de 2006, cuando éste abandona el grupo ante la dificultad de compaginar el grupo con sus obligaciones orquesteras. Tras un par de meses probando guitarristas, BiOmCaNiC (Carlos), el que también fuera guitarra en INCESTO CANÍBAL, muestra su interés por entrar a formar parte del proyecto, retornando de este modo con sus antiguos compañeros de grupo y aportando renovada fuerza y energía. Durante el resto del 2006 el grupo continúa componiendo y preparando versiones de cara a cercano debut y es el 30 de diciembre de 2006 cuando CORPORE debuta en el festival solidario SOLyDARyOIR, celebrado en la localidad zaragozana de Ejea de los Caballeros, presentando oficialmente un EP con tres temas: "Nocivo", "Infamia" y "Naufragio", del cual se agotan las copias y poniendo en funcionamiento ese mismo día el myspace y la web.

CORPORE, in April 2005, arose as a result of the parting of two previous Zaragozan bands: INCESTO CANÍBAL (thrash-death metal) and CAÍDA LIBRE (rock). Teocida (Lucas), former guitarist from both bands, and David (previously CAÍDA LIBRE guitarist) decided to join this new and energetic project along with Jaime (drums) and Kintana (bass), both formerly of INCESTO CANÍBAL. More power was given to the guitar distortions, and thus the band members were given an opportunity to return to their thrash-metal roots. From the beginning, CORPORE coupled metalcore infuence with powerful melodies and heartbreaking voices, achieving a solid and original sound with its own personality; a sonic wall of metal energy ready to explode at any moment. After several rehearsals, and when David felt more connected to the sweeping rhythmical base, the group began to compose songs and recovered much of the last phase of INCESTO CANÍBAL. It was at this moment when Teocida decided to hang up his guitar and "took the mike", at first giving his guitar position to Iván, great friend to the band, until the beginning of 2006. Iván left the band, and after a few months of screening guitarists, BiOmCaNiC (Carlos), also a backing guitarist of INCESTO CANÍBAL, showed an interest in joining the relatively-newly comprised band, returning to his old companions and contributing renewed force and energy. For the remainder of 2006, the group continued composing and preparing songs, working toward an imminent debut. On December 30, 2006, when CORPORE made their first appearance at the SOLyDARyOIR Festival, in Ejea de los Caballeros, Zaragoza, they officially presented an EP with three songs: "Nocivo", "Infamia" and "Naufragio". (In English: Harmful, Infamous, and Shipwreck). Also, at this time, the webpage WWW.CORPOREMETAL.COM and the fan page WWW.MYSPACE.COM/CORPOREMUSIC were launched. The first EP was, two months later, officially edited with one more song, "Preludio: Déjame", as an intro. Due to the demands of their English audience, CORPORE also made an English version of "Nocivo". From meager rehearsals to the debut of an undeniable success and beyond, the band has not stopped, playing several concerts in Zaragoza and Madrid, and ready to rock wherever they are called.
