Corey Golden

Hey everybody! My name is Corey Golden and I am a pop/rock singer/songwriter. I have been working diligently towards my career goal of becoming an accomplished singer/songwriter. I have spent a considerable amount of time over the past six years developing and refining my skills by training with multiple voice and guitar coaches. I have collaborated with many talented musicians, including Alex Bodner (current guitarist for Creed), in writing original songs, in addition to the ones I have written on my own. I was fortunate enough to have one of the songs I wrote, "Reflection," released on ITunes for the entire world to listen to. And, I have performed at venues in New York and California, including an appearance at Six Flags in Valencia, and have developed a comfort level singing before live audiences.
I feel as though I am now ready to enter the next phase of my career—finding more and even better opportunities to perform live and signing a recording contract with an established record company. Last August, I was fortunate enough to meet Greg Archilla—a producer known for having success with SafetySuit, Matchbox 20, and Collective Soul—who saw a place in the music industry for my unique sound. That sound can best be described as a mix between Sheryl Crow and Taylor Swift. Greg was able to put me with the right team to create my own EP. We've recently finished recording that EP at Quad Studios in Nashville; it contains five songs and it reflects both my songwriting and singing abilities. I hope you enjoy listening to my new music!
