Copper Tree

In the fall of 2004, four WPI students joined together with a simple goal of making music. As they began to develop their sound, their music was spread across campus and eventually into the Worcester community. Identifiable as "as the band without a guitar," or, "the band with a cello," a wide variety of audiences were reached with their diverse sound. In the fall of 2005 they recorded their debut EP "Peanut Butter and Pants." It quickly became a hit among peers and friends alike as they sold out at the CD's release. Copper Tree has began to spread its wings within the Worcester college and bar scenes and is searching to share its music with the rest of new england. What started as an escape from a fast-paced engineering workload is beginning to shape the future of music.
