Copper Possum

Four long-time friends, Bill Mard, Daniel Mckee, Tim Stanek, and Graham Winchester combine to make the sound that is Copper Possum. The band, based in Memphis, Tennessee, currently plays shows at venues, colleges, and parties all around the Mid-South. The band has a recording home in Young Avenue Sound in Memphis, where they record original music that compounds lyrics with rich soundscape of groove and melody. These energy-filled compositions take flight in the live scene, where the Copper quartet showcases the jazz talents of Stanek and Mckee in combination with the rock styling of Mard and Winchester. The band looks forward to consistently breaking new ground in the future by visiting fresh audiences and venues that can get down to the Possum sound.
