Cooties Attack!

"like an airfix kit put together by a six year old"

Cooties Attack are a bedroom disco punk band formed when Holly and Huw had nothing better to do other than write songs about superheroes, crushes, Harry Potter, and zombies.



Holly helped Huw with his library school homework. Or rather she made the cups of tea and pretended to understand cataloguing. Huw impressed her with his knowledge of more than one guitar chord. She gave up her supercasio way of life and they wrote a song and ate jaffa cakes and everything was ok in the world.



Melisa sang and played melodica with us for a while but she left to become a full time B Girl. Holly and Huw are also the magical wizard rock band Shrieking Shack Disco Gang.



We sing songs about superheroes, crushes, fragile egos, indiepop girls, Harry Potter, discos, queer scenes, and other such nonsense in a disco punk style. We do have a bunch of new songs, which we're gonna record once we can afford it this summer. and we've remembered how they go.
