Concerts4Charity, Inc. (C4C) is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission of "Promoting Awareness Through Music & Art." We develop programs, projects, and events that promote philanthropy and awareness of important issues through music and art. We also provide event planning and promotion services to enhance visibility, support fund-raising efforts, and generate publicity for other organizations.
Since our inception in 2001, C4C has obtained our 501c3 status from the IRS, produced over 150 events, developed two music education programs (Firechild & Hip Hop Culture), and extended our philanthropic efforts from Massachusetts to Maine, California, Georgia and Colorado.
We have received support from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Foundation, The Bill Graham Foundation and have recently won an award from the Mass. Behavorial Health Partnership organization for our efforts with May's Children Mental Health Month.
We are currently seeking volunteers to help with festival PR, graphic design, Internet research, event staff, street team promotion, grant writing, photography, videography, audio recording, fundraising, and many other areas.
Concerts4Charity is also seeking cross-promotion opportunities with other organizations (venues, promoters & more) and a variety of sponsorships (business, marketing, finance, etc.). And of course, we are always looking for bands to help us put on successful charity events!
