Straight from the Cold Northern streets of Toronto comes the rawest hip-hop duo to ever come out of Canada - Code Blue. This unique blend of slick production and raw lyrics is comprised by William Dinero and M.O.S.T., who represent the the unique essence of Latin Hip-Hop. Normally, the Latin Hip-Hop scene is made up of mostly Puerto Rican, Cuban and Mexican artists. However, Code Blue is different, as William Dinero says, they rep "Las Otras Banderas".

Dinero was born in Toronto to Argentinean and Guatemalan parents - he grew up immersed within two striclty Spanish-speaking cultures and quickly adapted to the language barrier. His love for hip-hop came in a box carried by his father full of vinyl and cassetes - within this garage sale treasure Dinero first came face to face with Run DMC, Kool Moe Dee, Big Daddy Kane and Michael Jackson. At the young age of 14 Dinero, as Ill Will, would show off his skills as a lyricist and freestyler, battling people in his neighbourhood and eventually battling people on his local college radio station. Encouraged by his victories, Dinero saved his money and went to his first studio session. Since Dinero had all his beats in his head - he would beatbox them to the producer and instruct him on how to orchestrate his vision. Dinero saw his natural musical talent went deeper than lyrics and began to teach himself to play the piano by ear. By the age of 18, Dinero was already creating and selling his beats - the following year he would purchase all of his own equipment and take his career to the next level. As a producer, Dinero has been blessed to work with such iconic Latin-Hip-Hop figures as Mellow Man Ace, Sen Dog and Cypress Hill to name a few. But the real deal for William Dinero is Code Blue, right next to his homeboy M.O.S.T.

M.O.S.T. aka Most High, started life escaping from civil war in El Salvador and eventually emigrated to Canada at the young age of 11. While in Canada, M.O.S.T became fascinated in a small cultural movement called Hip-Hop, which at the time was being led by people like KRS One, Run DMC, Special Ed and Big Daddy Kane. Although inspired by these great artists, M.O.S.T took his first steps within the Hip-Hop world as a graffiti artist. M.O.S.T developed his art to great levels and to this day he remains a top-graffiti artist and designer - but like his partner Dinero, M.O.S.T realized his gift for Hip-Hop went deeper than spraycans and picked up the microphone. As a young student of the great leaders of the Hip-Hop nation M.O.S.T would rewind tapes over and over again and write down the lyrics of his favourite tracks to get the words just right. His first language being Spanish, M.O.S.T actually thanks Hip-Hop for helping him develop his vocabulary and pronounciation in English. After studying the greats, M.O.S.T saw that Central America wasn't being properly represented and that led to the creation of his rugged, roaring flow, peppered by Salvadorian slang. M.O.S.T would see his dreams and destiny come to life soon after 1999, after he met and teamed up with William Dinero to form Code Blue in 2002.

Today, Code Blue has already made enough history within the Latin Urban community in Canada and world-wide. They took a first step that no artist in the Toronto Latin Urban community by releasing a debut album. The single released was entitled "Toronto, Toronto" and quickly became an anthem for Latinos across Toronto. In 2004, Code Blue would reach another big milestone - 16 lowriders entertained over 1000 fans as they eagerly awaited admission to the Code Blue CD release party. As they took the stage with their entourage, the crowd went wild and Code Blue showed the community what the underground already knew, Code Blue was for real. Their success that night led to the first ever Latin Urban night in Toronto's downtown entertainment district, hosted by Code Blue. Soon, Code Blue would rep Canada at some very high profile Hip-Hop events. They were the only Canadian presence at Russell Simmons Latino Hip-Hop Summit in the South Bronx, the first-ever Canadian act at the Latin Rap Conference in San Diego and the following two years in New York. They have blessed stages from Toronto and Montreal to New York, Houston, L.A. and Havana. "We are a new breed of sound that the Latin Urban Market hasn't seen yet," says William Dinero. "We a problem." Code Blue's raw, rugged Hip-Hop sound has received overwhelming support from all over the world and yet they remain a sowmehat undiscovered gem. What people don't know is, Code Blue is the movement waiting to spark a revolution in Latin Urban music. Pongansen las pilas, Code Blue is ready to take it all over.
