New Zealand's prize femcee Coco Solid has teamed up with Copenhagen producer Robin Hannibal (Owusu & Hannibal fame) to create wild disco-rap anthems as THE PARALLEL DANCE ENSEMBLE (Coco Solid vs Bobbi Soxx)

Coco is also one half of the "swamp-punk grunge-electro" duo BAD ENERGY with underground axeman and producer Sam Moore. She plays drums, bass guitar and keyboards for their 2010 debut 'Tropic of Scorpio' (check them out at www.myspace.com/baddenergy)



Coco first released an underground mix cassette tape RAP N ROLL in 2003 recruiting MCs and friends, among them the DJ come deep-voiced cameo ERIK ULTIMATE, one of Coco's many partners in crime. She has released 4 records since, Denim & Leather, Denim & Leisure (Remixes), Gentlemen Prefer Bombz and the epic double album The Radical Bad Attack. Since then she has attended the Red Bull Music Academy in Barcelona, has been sampled by Princess Superstar, wrapped up her epic 2009 world tour (Mexico, New York, Berlin, Portugal, London and Tokyo) and released 3 limited edition vinyl recordings. Coco is currently living in South Korea and is set to invade Europe in 2011
