COBRA

Cobra got into garage music while at college around 98-99 and soon got into mc'ing after being inspired by the likes of 'UNKNOWN MC, SCANDAL MC & MC NEAT to name a few. After developing an original unique style, Cobra set his sites on Ayia Napa where he gained residences at some of the top bars and clubs in both summer seasons 01/02.



Cobra has performed in the following clubs -

MINISTRY OF SOUND - SCALA - EROS - HAMMERSMITH PALA - BRIXTON ACADEMY & many more and mc'd alongside some of the biggest names in the industry such as MASTERSTEPZ - FIRIN SQUAD - KISSY SELLOUT - NORRIS 'DA BOSS' WINDROSS - MIKE 'RUFF CUT' LLOYD - JASON KAYE - VIPER - CKP and a whole heap more .



To date Cobra has had 9 underground releases with labels such as KRUNCH RECORDS & REWIND RECORDS featuring artists such as DIGGA (atlantic), DT, SHARKY P, ULTRA (sony), PRESHUS, HYPERACTIVE, SPECIAL, MUNCHIE, ANDY T and many many more. His songs have been played on RADIO 1 (KISSY SELL OUT SHOW & ANNIE MAC's MASHUP),

KISS 100 (DJ EZ show) and can be heard on pirate stations such as RINSE, FREEZE, SUBJAM, TRUELIVE & many more across the map.



Cobra can also be recognised for his RADIO 1 guest mix he did alongside DJ SWITCH on the KISSY SELL OUT show (which you can download to the left of the profile) and also known for the jingles he has done for the RADIO 1 show such as - 'KISSY DROP DAT BASSLINE!'.



Cobra is also part of projects such as- KNIGHTS OF THE OLDSKOOL, VOCAL FLAVAZ & DUB FLEX. Cobra is currently working on his own mixtape 'COBRAGEDDEM' which will be dropping 2010 along with EPs, Singles & Remixes alongside the likes of RADIOKILLAZ, KISSY SELLOUT & many more! stay tuned & spread the word!
