Cinder

Cinder has been together for nearly 10 years, in one form or another. In 2001, they signed a deal with Geffen Records and released a CD, "Break Your Silence," was recorded but never released. A single that charted strong, was fortunately released titled "Soul Creation", which kept many doors open for the band. While one door may have closed, many other doors soon after openedthe band was released from their contract but with a positive band member change, the band finally released thier first CD, "House Full of No Trust".



The band started with Roger Young and Kenny Craig playing around the Ft. Myers area and writing songs for a CD that would soon be titled "Soapy Tuna". Later the name was changed to "Jesus Gun," and a CD was recorded to strictly be sold at shows.



When the band was signed to Geffen Records, the producers strongly suggested changing the band's name to "Cinder." In 2002 and 2003 the band toured with Creed and Sevendust creating their reputation as "Cinder."



The band has recently finished recording their new record at Bieler Bros. Studios, this 3rd CD is being edited and mixed as you read this. The band is excited to announce the release date shortly!!
