Biography of Chuck Vorhies



Born in Rosedale, MS, Chuck Vorhies was first influenced by rappers such as LL Cool J, Dr.Dre, Get Fresh Crew, Snoop Dogg, 2pac, Dayton Family, and Eightball & MJG. Chuck has always had love for rap. Street life and near death experiences lead him to become a rapper. Chuck has a very powerful voice and a tremendous amount of talent that will definatley make a major impact in todays music scene. He has several kinds of rapping styles similar to Mystical, Lil Jon, Twista, 2pac, RBX, and Busta Rhymes. He just started his own record label called "Big Baws" Records with his up in coming artist Twon G, who is featured on Chuck's first single, "My City". Chuck is a seasoned street battle rapper and has made a serious presence and aquired a tremendous street rep. His debut single "My City" was broken by DJ ECLIPSE (Wild 96.3 Ft.Wayne IN) on September 20 , 2005 for their battle of the beats competition .The B-Rock produced "My City" remained Battle of Streets Champion for the full 10 days beating out major artists such as, Mariah Carey, Young Jeezy, Lil Wayne, Juelz Santana, Avant, Gwen Stefani, Mike Jones, Lil Kim, All of those victories over those artists were either landslides or shutouts
