Chrome 9, a dream that has for several years been in pursuit of its realization, will soon be within everyones reach. Like a handgun on the top shelf of your fathers closet, the power, polish, and potential of this unit has been tucked away in the mind of frontman Chuck Moore who has vowed to use it only in an effort to confront the darkness of all mankind.



Recoiling from bad relationships, financial struggles, and musicians who have mishandled the message, Moore has finally found a fellow marksmen to keep things on target: Fate Taylor (guitar). Now, holding the project with two steady hands, Chuck and Fate (and with pun fully intended) are aiming to place a hit on the music world.



Drawing from the hip as a dynamic duo, Moore and Taylor a pair of Phoenicians packing all the heat that the Valley has to offer--are opting to make the scene as the singer and guitarist with mystique. Think Jagger and Richards, Plant and Page, or Jovi and Sambora, when it comes to envisioning this outfit that will perform live with hired guns on bass and drums. But ultimately, it is Moores reason and Taylors riffs that will make Chrome 9 the shot heard round the world.



But lets forget all the gunplay for a moment. Already, when listening to the efforts put out by these two, the word airplay immediately comes to mind. Moore delivers his lyrics with the passion of a man emerging from a tumultuous wind tunnel. Likewise, Taylor continues to refine his razor-riffs with just the right dose of distortiona refreshing note in a world full of guitarists trying to out-crunch each other, drowning all details in a sea of sizzle.



With Moore so emotionally tuned and Taylor being a master of the tune itself, its only a matter of time before the whole thing is set to go off. Forget the silver bullet, were talking platinum when it comes to the impact their load will have on the general public. Their going for the heart will sure to have everyone taking one in the chest.
