Young K

‘CEO Young K’ born in Los Angles, CA moved to Atlanta, GA at the age of 3. Young K is known for owning a company known today as “Get Money Entertainment”. Young K formed this company at the age of 16 and signed his first artist known as “Young ATL” from a group called, “Black Out Boys.” in year 2007. Young K then thought of an idea that was going to make a huge buzz for his company!



Get Money Entertainment is an indie record label/promotion group. Young K decided to throw parties at the beginning of 2007. Young K was 17 years old when he started to promote parties. He started off promoting for other promotion groups and then decided to branch off and take a bigger step and promote his own parties for himself…not to bad for the age of 17! He then met CEO Charlie of Spityogame.com along with Young Star J.R. (CEO of Family Ties Entertainment) and linked up with them along with other artists that are beginning to get known today such as Yung Envy, Camp22, Dem Getaway Boyz and many more.



Young K’s company began to get known in Atlanta mostly this year 2008. He’s been working with many artists, producers, record labels etc. Get Money Entertainment has got it’s name in Atlanta and Young K feels as if he has achieved and accomplished what he was trying to do with his company! Young K is now 18 years old and has his own company and is trying to make something huge out of it.



Now Young K said, “I got the hugest assignment ever!” The question was “What is it?” Young K is now in the middle of a process of also making Get Money Entertainment a modeling group I believe. Young K has several models for his company purpose. Now Young K has a new idea of getting his models into upcoming video shoots, photo shoots, and whatever else involves models! So really, there is no telling what this 18 year old could do next. But whatever it is hopefully he will succeed just how he has been succeeding to get where he is today!



As of now year 2009 Young K has came far with his record label/promotion group. Young K's artist that goes by "ATL" had dropped his first mixtape that was presented by Get Money Entertainment around October.31st of 2008 which was called, "Gettin 2 Da Money" and seemed to be a outstanding success! Young K has built his promotion team which started off with 5 members which now has became a good 20 individuals excluding the ones that just represent and support GME. Young K just now started calling himself "THE KING OF GWINNETT!" When he was asked why he starting calling himself that he quickly responded, "Cause no one else in gwinnett county can compete with me cause of the simple fact no ones really doing anything major!" So all we really can do is just watch and see how the people react to Young K being known as the "KING OF GWINNETT".



Just recently there has been a change that has been made with Young K's artist "Atl". "Atl" has officially changed his name to "Roscoe Dash" for certain reasons. Get Money Entertainment have been blowing up the streets with the 1 song in Atlanta "All The Way Turnt Up". The song "All The Way Turnt Up" was released in the middle of September featuring an upcoming group in Atlanta known by "Travis Porter" on their mixtape called, "Im A Differenter 2". This hit record blew up absolutley fast, within about two weeks it was added on radio rotations on V103 and Hot 107.9! While all these good things were taking place there was one major issue that Young K was concerned about. The issue was that Get Money's artist "Roscoe Dash" wasn't recieving the credit for the song he made himself! Instead, "Travis Porter" was recieving all the credit for the song when IT WASN'T THEIR SONG!!! Therefore, after a while we noticed that, by the way it was looking "Roscoe Dash" wasn't EVER going to recieve the credit for making the hit "All The Way Turnt Up". So we ended up taking Travis Porter off the song and replaced their verses with the worldwide known teen artist "Soulja Boy Tellem"!



Now that "Soulja Boy Tellem" hopped on the record there has been a lot of contriversy as far as the people/listeners reaction in Atlanta. But as of October 6th 2009 Get Money's Artist "Roscoe Dash" has been signed to "Def Jam Records" not for a single deal but an ALBUM DEAL! So to make a long story short Young K has been up for a successfull mission and has got his first artist that he's been working with since 2007 signed to one of the biggest Record Labels in the United States. Young K and his team (Roscoe Dash,Kalio,Tony,Izzy) have been saying, "2009 IS OUR YEAR TO SHINE" for the whole year! It was also the Get Money "New Years Resolution" that we were going to make it and WE DID IT!!! Like we said in our New Year Youtube Video (www.youtube.com/ceoyoungk) "WE GETTING MORE MONEY,MORE MONEY AND MORE MONEY"! So that's it Young K has spoken "Roscoe Dash Signed To Def Jam Records now its time to work on my next Get Money artist Im Out"
