Cecil Adora

Cecil Adora is Van Beasley (vocals, guitar), Justin York (guitar, vocals), Tyler Ward (drums), and Ryan Clark (bass). They are the product of years of musical collaboration and passion for creating music that connects with people. The band formed in a 1990 Volvo 240 DL, listening to records in the gravel parking lot where the members went to school. Music from bands like Sunny Day Real Estate and Jimmy Eat World inspired them to bring something intimate and honest to the Nashville rock scene. Cecil Adora writes in the style of aggressive pop that arises from real life experiences in an attempt to engage this generation in finding their place within it.
