More About CCS CREW

The CCS Crew started in 1999 rapping to tapes and doing local Rap battles for fun. Their friend and crew member Joseph Hernandez (Wobbly Pop) was their producer making their beats and helping to get shows for the group. In 2000 the group released their first single “Gold Crested Game”. During the creation of the first Album Stacc Styles and Jersey dropped the CCS “Not 4 Sale” Mix Tape . As of 2004 the work on the first CD was picked up by Seizure Productions in Vancouver B.C. Finally towards the end of 2004 CCS Crew released their first album “Reviving Elements”. After their first release tragedy hit the group when they lost their friend and producer Joseph Hernandez. Joseph Hernandez’s death would be the most detrimental happening the group ever faced. Taking a break from making music CCS Crew decided to work several shows as roadies for a band called “Mower”.
After a few years Crookyd took over the spot as Producer and began to make beats for the group. In 2007 the group dropped their second full length album “Lords of Chaos”. Taking their first show in two years as a head line gig CCS sold out the venue and begin their climb back. At the beginning of 2008 CCS Crew met Nathan “MuzikMan” through a friend. Nathan and the CCS Crew began to work at Muzik Man studio's to work on their third full length album. During the next year CCS Crew along with Nathan performed in over 100 shows across Arizona. Some of these shows were with artists such as, Ice Cube, Tech N9ne, WC, Paul Wall, KottonMouth Kings, E40, Murs, HED P.E., KingSpade, Spice 1, Devin the Dude, DJ QUIK, Kurrupt, and Twista plus many others. In August of 2009 the third full length album “Lyrical Bartenders” dropped. At this point CCS Crew decided to make MuzikMan a member of the Crew and they have all begun work on the fourth full length album.
