Catholicon

Catholicon was formed on April 9'th 1994, and disbanded on July 31'st, 2009. Album chronology: "Lost Chronicles of the War in Heaven" self-released 1998, European re-issue in 2000 on The Black Hand/Rage of Achilles. "The Death Throes of Christianity" 2006 Negativity Records, "Treatise On The Abyss" 2007 Negativity Records, "Of Ages Past" 2009 UW Records. The goal of Catholicon was to be an uncompromising spearhead against Fundamentalist and Orthodox religion, particularly Christianity/Catholicism. With four albums, each of which being somewhat unique from the others, and countless live performances and other instances of expressing our message; it was decided that all our goals had been achieved and it was time to move on to other things. This page will exist to keep people informed of any re-issue or digital release information regarding the 4 albums, label news regarding UW Records, and other information relevant to the band's legacy as it becomes available.
