Carl Borg

After having produced electronic music for a number of years, Carl Borg recently released his solo debut EP "Splinter Body Scene" on Berlin based label Sonar Kollektiv. Right now an LP is in the works which will feature new tracks and even more sample-madness.



In 2005 Carl played an important part in the band project called S.F.B. (the Stoner + Forss + Borg) which is a fusion of an indie jazz quartet and live laptop-based electronica. Together theyve played live at Umeå Jazz festival, Nefertiti in Gothenburg and Forum in Stockholm. An album has been recorded and was released on Hoob Records in 2006.



In 2004 the electronica duo Forss Versus Borg was formed in Stockholm. As a duo Eric and Carl has played live sets in countries such as Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, and South Africa. Forss Versus Borg can be described as an intensive live act featuring a unique blend of chopped-up samples and extreme beats.
