Some bullet points:

-I’m a 6ft 1’ ,225 lbs, tattooed black dude who can be "an animal" behind the drums. I guarantee you I’m nowhere near as intimidating as that might sound.



-I’m lucky. Some of my most rewarding experiences have not come so much from hard work, as much as being where I needed to be.



-I am opinionated as hell. But only when it comes to everything. This only really bothers those who fall on a certain side of said opinion. I’ve made my peace with it. You should too. I only mention it because every so often I get asked to give my two cents on a someone’s demo. If you want an honest answer about the production, performance or songwriting, I’ll give it. If you don’t like what I have to say, that’s cool. It’s just one person’s opinion. But please remember: you asked.



-make me laugh regularly and I’ll do almost anything for you.



-I love what I do for a living but I’m realizing lately that I can’t do this for the rest of my life. I’m not trying to be a 63 yr old touring drummer. So some (slow moving)gears have been put in motion. More at 11.



-I get real quiet for no reason sometimes. It’s probably not you. Though if it is, I probably won’t tell you so.



-I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs, but by all means.knock yourself out.



-I have a female’s obsession with chocolate, and a male’s obsession with females.



-I had Bell’s Palsy for 3 weeks some years ago. That ’s a virus that caused the nerves on the right side of my face to droop, making it look like half my face had melted. All better now.



-I speak a little Thai.



-I’ve played/am playing with some true visionaries. I welcomed the opportunity to share a stage and get schooled.



-I have absolutely no problem with homosexuality, but for the life of me I can’t get what the big deal with girl on girl action is. Something’s missing.



-Everything I play is (at least) equal parts Fishbone, Level 42, Led Zeppelin and Henry Mancini. Honest.



-I can’t stay awake in movie theaters for the life of me.
