due to creative disagreements, burmese days will not be releasing a best-of compilation. In a long and heated lawsuit, Guitarist Josh Lowe successfully sued Errant Tambourine player Rowan Martin for the use of the name 'Burmese Days'. The name will now be used for Lowe's Downtempo Beatcore Desert-Funk band, featuring only he and long-estranged Founding member Jools Duane from the original lineup. Lowe has said 'in the interests of clarity, we have chosen not to release 'mistrust and miscellany; a Burmese Days retrospective', or at least not in the near future'. The Made-over band are to release their first 64 track triple-album, entitled 'Farewell Lee Harvey Oswald' this autumn.
