Bruce Anderson

Gwent born singer Bruce Anderson provides quality live stage performances across the genres from Classics to Rock. His love of music and singing originates from his musical family background and has continued over the years on the International stage. He has been pleasing his varied audiences for over 20 years and provides true quality wherever he performs.
A former lead singer with a highly successful South Wales based band, he won the UK Battle of the Bands Vocalist of the Year in 2000, appeared at Glastonbury, supporting the Prince's Trust, in 2002. He won the Welsh Vocalist of the Year Award in both 2001 and 2005; as part of the GTMP 30th Anniversary Awards, he won Male vocalist of the Year 2009, and for 2010 he has been awarded the British National Music Federation Male Vocalist of the Year Award. Proof, if any were needed, of the increasing high regard in which he is held.
He has appeared on Radio and Television in the UK and abroad. In 2010 he will again be pleasing truly International audiences both in the UK and as far afield as the Caribbean, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
He includes many classical items in his repertoire together with established musical favourites. His love of such a diverse range of musical genres truly glows as he effortlessly shifts from the Classics of Andrea Bocelli, Mario Lanza, Josh Groban or Il Divo to Buble, Pop/Rock and of course, easy listening. He is appealing to audiences of all musical genres at both home and abroad and has a growing fan base across the World. He includes many worthy charitable causes in his perfomance diary dates.
In November 2009 he released a double Album, 'Unity'. It's popularity has seen worldwide sales, as it includes examples of both Classical and modern. It was listed as 'Album of the week' on BBC Radio Wales shortly after release and is regularly requested and playlisted.
