Brownmusic

Twin sisters Natasha & Loretta front Brownmusic. Natasha & Loretta are of mixed heritage, their father coming from St. Lucia (West Indies), and their mother from London (England). They grew up seeing, experiencing and listening to the music of both white and black cultures, and naturally the music they now create is a reflection of both worlds. "Brownmusic is a sound and an identity. It stems from who we are expressed through the mixture that is in our culture and our voices of black meeting white. It’s not full-on Urban and it’s not Folk or Rock but in fact it has an element of all of those genres. We write our own songs and they are powerful, true and expressive. We believe we’ve got a unique sound and something new to offer the industry. We hope to take things all the way so look out for us!"
