What's going on yall. I thought, everybody is having an average biography written by the artist or the label or something, so I thought about ME writing the bio for my boy Sun-E. I go by the name of Kinay, I'm whatever you wanna call me: Sun-Es manager, Sun-Es partner, Sun-Es friend or simply the man with the plan haha I know Sun-E since grade school, but we weren't real "friends". That changed in the 7th grade of High School, when we got together in the same class again after both had to re-do a class. We always traded our CDs and we even had some trouble, because he broke one of my favourite CDs haha, but it's all good brown boi! We found out, that we share our love for one thing: Music! The millenium just started and people we knew all had their computers and cd-burners and internet and mp3s and we both went crazy about that and got interested in all those things. I found a digital mixing program I tried to do some mixes just for fun with and Sun-E loved doing it too, so we started as "digital djs". I'd like to keep this time frame a little shorter, 'cause I'm a bit ashamed of it. Let's say, we had a couple haters, a couple lovers, but we decided that Sun-E starts being an artist and me being his producer. And I think that's it until today. Well, okay, it was hard work to get where we are right now and we are constantly moving on and I'm really really happy about that! Music brought us a lot of fun, we met a lot of interesting people and I hope it will continue like that Just with a little bit more money to stay alive! :)
For everyone who's wondering what Sun-E and my goals are: We're trying to do music for the world. That's the first reason why we don't do german rap or whatever. It is what it is, English is the world language and because we want to share stories, emotions and feelings with EVERYONE, that's why we're doing it this way!
After all those years I've worked with Sunny and got to know him, there are always new times and moments where this guy impresses me again. It can be in the studio, while learning some lyrics or simply on the phone or in the club: This guy is incredible people! (No homo!)
I guess, almost everyone will love this guy if you really try to get to know him That could be a little hard, but I already have a plan for that, so stay tuned!
