Since 2007, BROOKROYAL has steadily gained fans, ticket sales and radio airplay. While writing music for their first LP, "Motives" in 2008, the band wrote a song that spread through the airwaves and changed their status from "local band" to the highly popular, regional touring rock band widely known as BROOKROYAL. The song, entitled "There Was a Time", created label interest, generated record breaking ticket sales for local and regional shows and continues to be played on KPNT 105.7 the Point, earning several spins due to its popularity. With the buzz around them and their live performance turning heads they quickly rose to a go to act to share the stage with such acts as Disturbed, Godsmack, Papa Roach, Seether, 3 Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Hollywood Undead, Staind, Chevelle & many, many others.

While playing countless shows in support of their debut album, the band never stopped writing new material. This incredible work ethic led to the band returning to the studio less than 1 year after "Motives" and releasing "There Was A Time EP" in Feb 2009. The title track became a fan favorite and a staple on 105.7 the Point's Top 5 Songs That Do Not Suck. The popularity of the single, impressive ticket sales and an ever growing fan base helped propel the EP to the top of the charts becoming the number 1 selling record in St. Louis during it's first week.

After touring and supporting "There Was a Time EP" for a year and a half, they finally returned to their hometown of St. Louis in November 13th, 2010 selling out Pop's Concert Venue. A 1500 seater sellout and an accomplishment only a very small number of unsigned local bands have ever done in the club's 30 year history. Still continuing to write and record demos, they grabbed the attention of multi-platinum producer/writer/artist James Michael(Sixx:A.M., Motley Crue, Papa Roach, Alanis Morissette, Meatloaf, Hilary Duff, Saliva and many others). The band travelled to Nashville, TN in May of 2011 to record songs to be released on their upcoming third album with James. With numbers continuing to rise and the support of producer James Michael, the buzz, anticipation of the next release & noise this band has been making is being heard everywhere.

BROOKROYAL is five very hardworking best friends that absolutely love what they do and are sure to be a band to watch as they continue to grow nationally.
