BRILLIANT RED LIGHTS are a band from San Francisco and Sacramento, CA. They record a lot of music and release it for FREE on their kick-ass website. They are recording an album right now - it's called "Actualism". They are recording other albums right now that are not called "Actualism". They listen to more R-n-B music than you would expect. Their drummer looks like a cross between Macauley Culkin and Meg Ryan. Their handsome singer/guitarist is oft mistaken for Barack Obama. Their bassist licks his bass.
