I'm not going talk third person like my A&R is running this page haha, basically im BRIGGZY a hip-hop artist based in Salford, Manchester. I've been writing music for years, but only began recording in 2006. I started out writing "rap battles" on hip-hop forums online, once I began getting good feedback i decided to take it a step further and record my vocals. From here I've become a recognised name within Manchester's urban music scene and had the privileged to work with some great artists and perform on some big stages.



I met Rick Charles, my producer/engineer back in 2006 and since then we haven't stopped working. He's behind the majority of all my releases and i wouldn't be where I am today with out the help he gave me. Doing music I've had great times working with a good amount of people and being in groups such as Up Norf Production, Uppalevel Entertainment, Colony3 and now my current group "Out of Order".



I've released alot of material within the 4 years i've been doing this. I've put out a large amount of free download Cd's. Actual mixtape releases include "All wRapped Up (2006)" which sold over 300 copies which wasn't bad for a first official release. From here i've released "The Franchize (2007)", "The First Bout With Savage (2008)", "All Bets Are Off (2009)" & "Twenty One (2009)". Material I'm currently working on includes "The Repo Men With Rick Charles", "Out The Ordinary Mixtape", "Out Of Order - Sorry For The Inconvenience Album" & "Briggzy - Gingerfication Album" produced by Rick Charles.!!



I've performed all over the UK and a few times abroad. Gig's include FCUK "A New Movement Tour", supporting Underground Heroes at the Manchester Academy, LRV Venue in Stoke-On-Trent, The Annual OxJam Festival, National Finalist in the Open Mic Competition, National Finalist in the Live & Unsigned Competition, Numerous Air play on the likes of 1xtra, All Fm, Unity, Salford City Radio, along with numerous articles in local papers and magazines.
