Bravado

What's up everyone. It's Mikey V. aka Bravado. I'm a senior at Taunton High, and I've been interested in creatin music since 11 years old, and haven't given up to this day. Now at the age of 18, I've put out two mixtapes ("Other Sound Music" and "The Many Moods of Mikey") and an EP of music that I didn't plan on releasing on any projects ("Writing on the Clouds EP")



It all started off in the 4th grade, when I was jus interested in rhythm and music, and then at times where I had nothing to do at home, I decided to pick up a pencil and begin writing. I wasn't very good at first, but as time and effort progressed, I have come a long way, and finally realized the proper way to write music. Life has had ups and downs, and I have thought about many life situations, and I try to recreate what I go through and what I think about on paper. Once that is complete, I plug the mic, turn on the phantom power on the mixer, hit the record button, and recite the words that I write so you guys can hear what I feel.



Once I entered my junior year in high school, I became more focused on music. During Foreign Language week in school, Mark Spencer asked me if I wanted to join him on the stage to perform a song. After that push that Spence gave me to perform, it motivated me to work on my mixtape, "The Many Moods of Mikey," and it has given me so much support from fans. As time passed, I performed in the Taunton High Talent Show with Isaac Rodrigues on drums and Simon Rodrigues on bass.



Right now, I have another CD in the works which will be for free download due to the love that I've received from everyone who has heard the music that I've made and has shown their support. It will be called "Musical Therapy," and will hopefully be complete by the end of the year. To end this all, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has had my back throughout my whole journey with music, and I hope to keep you guys interested in what I have to say over instrumentals.
