Bound and Gagged

DESCRIPTION

Bound and Gagged is a Chicago math-grind band which formed in 1999. In 2002, they released a full length album, entitled "Fornicate the Gutted" on United Guttural Records. In support of the release, the band actively played the festival circuit and vigorously played weekend warrior dates, as well as embarking on two two headlining tours collectively encompassing 15 states. The outfit disbanded in 2007 during the recording of their second full length. In 2009, the band started planning their reformation. 2010 saw the release of "Refornicated" on Goatgrind Records. It is a compilation including the "Fornicate The Gutted" LP remixed and remastered with all new packaging and seven bonus tracks. There are also, plans to finish their long awaited sophomore release, tentatively titled, "Dead Body Slideshow." They have worked on some new material and a limited engagement of live support is being planned, but nothing is set in stone as yet. Presently, the band is without a rehearsal spot and progress is stunted until a new plan is arranged.
