RockB records and tours playing bass with Aussie Hip Hop stalwarts the Resin Dogs. Over our ten-year lifespan we've jammed with Abstract Rude, Mystro, Mad Dr X, The Pharcyde and been remixed by Kenny Dope. We've toured with Run DMC, Grandmaster Flash, The Black Eyed Peas and Roots Manuva. I've played bass in a thousand tour bands and recorded sessions and ads for ten years. Everything from country & western albums to Seaworld ads, live gigs at Big Day Out mainstage to Fabric London and The Roxy in LA. Nights off give me the chance to DJ some vintage reggae and rare groove around Brisbane and beyond. Working on the new Dogs album has kept me pretty busy, but I managed to lay some bass on the new Bernard Fanning album 'Tea & Sympathy'. Lookout for a release later in the year from a band I play with called 'The Informants' - funky dusty funk & reggae - seven inch vinyl and CD coming soon.
