Bennie Hurst conceived the idea of forming an independent recording label that would focus on creating opportunities for M.C.'s to express themselves without being censored by the media. Since ownership of ones music is vital in todays recording industry, B.O.M.B. Productions main concept is based on ownership, empowerment, freedom of speech, and giving hope to the "underdogs of society" without being a sellout to the industry.
