Be a part of the new Bluebottle Kiss CD – Design the back cover art.
If you have ever dreamed of being part of a bands CD and having your art viewed by thousands of people then this is for you! We are giving you the chance to contribute to the new Bluebottle Kiss live album cover art. What we want is an original photograph taken by you which will be featured on the back cover where the tracklist appears. All entries are welcome and the winner will be handpicked by the band!
Entry Details:
Entries to be submitted by email to info@bluebottlekiss.com. The closing date is Sunday 31st January and all entries must be in by Midnight of this day. Your photo must be high resolution. It is ok to compress the picture in order to email it but the lucky winner must have an original that is high resolution or the winner will be rechosen. Please remember to include your full name and contact detail when submitting your entry.
This winner will be announced on Friday 5th February on the Bluebottle Kiss website and myspace page
As well as appearing on the CD the winner will also have their photo displayed on the Bluebottle Kiss website and myspace page, as well as some of the other entries that we enjoyed the most.
Bluebottle Kiss

Bluebottle Kiss are a sizzling, navigationally challenged, mostly guitar based band out of Sydney Australia, who like to mix the traditional with the fruity.
A collision of old school singer/songwriters (Dylan, Young, Morrison, Waits), acts who are comfortable with wigging out (Sonic Youth, Coltrane, Television, Nick Cave) and spaghetti western are probably their meeting point. Mostly however, they sound like themselves.
They have played alongside many notables (Dinosaur Jr, Beasts of Bourbon, Will Oldham, Midnight Oil, Interpol, Twilight Singers and more) and toured extensively both in their home country as well as the U.S and U.K.
They have released six albums since the mid '90's - Higher up the Firetrails ('95) Fear of Girls ('96) Patient ('99) Revenge is Slow ('02) Come Across ('03) and Doubt Seeds ('06). Most of these are still available at http://www.bluebottlekiss.com
They have also released lots of EPs and countless singles, good luck finding most of these, but you could check the site again for info there.
Their latest, the critically acclaimed double album, Doubt Seeds, will be out in the USA soon via http://www.inmusicwetrust.com. In the meantime, a new 8 track CD 'Slight Return + Out Seeds' will make its way into the world via Nonzero Records in Australia http://www.nonzero.com.au. Featuring the single “Slight Return” and 7 previously unreleased songs from the Doubt Seeds recording session, they’re the band that just keep on giving.
