BLISTERHEAD

Blisterhead is a punk rock’n roll band from Gothenburg, Sweden. A classic 4-piece group, mostly influenced by 50’s rock and roll and melodic punk rock from the 70’s. We built this band around harmonies, sweat and a furious pace. And friendship. That ”last gang in town” feeling, on stage and off.
Three full length records, a split 7 with Voice Of A Generation and countless collections has helped us tour 18 countries in the last decade. We've played with GBH, Toy Dolls, Angelic Upstarts, Mad Sin and just about every other punk band in Europe. And we've been featured on MTV.
Then we grew tired of the miles. But we kept on telling the stories. Blisterhead's been robbed in Rome, attacked by terrorists in St:Petersburg, had a clash with the local mafia in Serbia and lost a van in Venice.
Some nights we were the best band around, and if you missed us on one of those nights, you missed out. This year we are planning a new record, and we're ready to tour again.
