BLACK-SUNN 18, and TREY BOOG 14, has created a serious buzz for themselves on the streets of Virginia. In 2001 the duo emerged on the scene blowing audiences away with their catchy hooks and perfect timing. Since then, this talented duo has been guest on all the local radio stations, performed before thousands as the opening act for artist such as 50 Cent, Freeway, Juelz Santana, Boyz II Men, Chris Brown, Sammie, and Lil Scrappy. This young talented duo has also performed in numerous talent showcases, competitions, open mics, and charity functions.



These young brothers have been around for the past 6 years sharpening their skills and building a following for themselves waiting for the opportunity to kick down the industry’s door and take their place. The duo blessed B.E.T.’S 106 & Park Wild-Out Wednesday stage in November 2006 and Judging from their must see performance and their finished album “Not Your Average Shorties,” these brothers are going to resurrect real Hip-Hop. With tracks like “It’s about to go down,” “Who U Dancin Wit,” “Candy Girl,” and “Secret,” BLACK-SUNN & TREY BOOG are definitely going to be the next big thing in Hip-Hop.



Not Your Average Shorties is an album with something for everyone, from the club to the streets, from the young to the old. 99% of the tracks were produced by BLACK-SUNN & TREY BOOG’s own young productions duo called C&S Productions who are also based out of Virginia Beach and

it also includes a track by Grammy Award winning producer Danja Handz whose credits include: Genuine, Lloyd Banks, Game, J-Lo, Black Street, Notorious B.I.G., P-Diddy, Nelly Furtado, Justin Timberlake, and Omarion.



But what makes this particular duo different from the rest? “Writing skills.” While all other young Hip-Hop artist are going platinum with other peoples lyrics, these two stand strong behind their own. This duo is definitely the total package with the look, swagger, and performance that will make some of the older Hip-Hop artist tighten up their game. The goal of BLACK-SUNN & TREY BOOG is to be the youngest Hip-Hop artists to bring real lyrics back to the game and kill off the hookers, these are the artists who depend solely on their hooks to sell, but when it comes to verses, it lacks lyrical skills.
