Blackened Dawn

The original line up of Blackened Dawn came into their own in the year of 2006. Playing numerous shows ,and recording their first demo. A four track demo featuring raw straight forward death metal. At the end of 2006 the band went their separate ways. With the remaining original members still intent on making their music heard.
The band has since played Ohio's biggest venues ,and shared the stage with legends Suffocation and Sepultura! Support for the band has continued to grow ,and the project has been apart of numerous local cd comps. Helping to prove that death metal still has a mass following. Blackened Dawn currently also receives distributions for their disc through "Dissected Angel Records".
A new E.P. in was released by the band in the summer of 2008 entitled "Grave Ascension". Featuring the bands guttural vocals, hellish drum beats, and screaming guitars. A tribute to the old school death metal scene. Once again crushing the ear drums of the Ohio locals!
The band looks to hit the studio again in late 2009 to record a new full length disc. Look for Blackened Dawn in a venue near you!!!
