Bezumnie Usilia

BEZUMNIE USILIA was founded at the fall of 2002. Their first CD was named ‘Tyazhyolaya Zhizn’ (“Hard Life”) (2004 CD, Jagi Jagi Records) and was played in the vein of SEPULTURA, PANTERA, SOULFLY and the likes. In the first place the band’s name was put on the map by the countless gigs played in various Russian cities along with such bands like 5DIEZ, HOSTILE BREED, AMATORY, KOREA, STIGMATA – among others – but was established really well by the second CD, ‘Stiraya Grani’ (“Erasing The Edges”) (2006 CD, Sound Age Productions). At the time the band filmed their first two videos (one of which were nominated in the RAMP Awards – Russian Alternative Music Prize), performed on the biggest Russian festival event NASHESTVIE and took part in Oboima Fest which was honored by the presence of legendary Max Cavalera, SOULFLY mastermind and founding member of mighty SEPULTURA. Right after that BEZUMNIE USILIA recorded their third CD, ‘Spiral Molchania’ (“Spiral of Silence”) (2007 CD, Sound Age Productions) which was finally showed the band’s potential in full! The CD (as well as the previous band’s works) was recorded in famous Russian studio 'Moscow Sound' by one of the best Russian soundmen – Lazar (worked with HOSTILE BREED, ARKONA, 5DIEZ - among many others) and the artwork was done by the best Russian cover-artwork designer A-Ra (http://www.aramacaw.com). ‘Spiral Molchania’ was recognized as one of the best releases of 2007 during the third RAMP installment, some of it’s tracks were featured in various compilations (as always) and two videos were filmed. Countless gigs followed. In the same year, after some major line-up changes, the band begin to work on the new songs which took shape by the autumn of 2008 when BEZUMNIE USILIA again entered the 'Moscow Sound' studio – to record their fourth full-length CD! Without any doubts, this album will beat the hell out of the all band’s releases in terms of technicality, catchiness, emotional honesty and all things that are metal!
