Hola, Me llamo Benny Ibarra De Llano y llevo 26 años en el mundo de la música profesional. Empecé mi carrera como miembro original de Timbiriche, uno de los grupos mas importantes en la vida pop de México. En el '85 ingresé a Walnut Hill School, una escuela multidisciplinaria enfocada en las artes. Durante cuatro años aprendí guitarra, teoría musical, teatro musical, composición y pues, muchas cosas de la vida. Después cursé un año en el Berklee College Of Music y descubrí mi amor por el jazz y la producción musical. Regresé a México a co-producir a La Onda Vaselina y discos para Alex Ibarra. En 1992 firmé con Warner Music y durante 14 años, grabé 8 discos de solista. El último año y medio, me la pasé celebrando los 25 años de la formación de Timbiriche y fue un privilegio servir como productor musical y lograr 80 conciertos, 3 proyectos discográficos, un DVD en vivo, un reality show y una película que se estrenara el 20 de Noviembre a nivel nacional. Estos meses me la pase increíble componiendo y produciendo para Celso Piña la canción "Un Pedacito De Ti", y como actor, grabando la segunda temporada de S.O.S. Estoy produciendo mi nuevo album con mi nueva compañía EMI Music México. Prometo ponerle mas atención a mi vida virtual. Le quiero mucho.

My name is Benny and I am a recording and performing artist from Mexico City. I've been recording music for the last 26 years. I began my career as an original member of "Timbiriche", one of my countries most successful kids/pop group. I then went to "Walnut Hill School" a performing arts high school in Natick, MA. During my 4 years there, I majored in classical music studies such as music theory, arranging, composition, music history, classical guitar and voice lessons. I also studied musical theater, which is my second love. I then moved on to "Berklee College of Music" and spent a year in the music production and engineering program. In 1992, I signed with Warner Music Mexico, and since then, I recorded and produced 8 solo albums during the last 14 years. During the last year and a half, I produced and toured with Timbiriche to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We had the privilege to play 80 shows, produce 3 album projects, a live DVD, a reality show and a documentary/motion picture that hits theaters on november 20th. Recently I joined the EMI Music Group and are working on the new CD. I also produced and co-wrote the song "Un Pedacito De Ti" with Celso Piña and co-stared in S.O.S. a television series. I love my job, my family and to travel to learn from people all over the world. Welcome to myspace!
