SBX better known as Sir Ben Marx is a seasoned underground artist ripe for the masses. The stage energizes with his evolving genre-busting sound of Progressive~HipHopPunkRock.
The 1990s influenced, 27 year-old Fayetteville, NC native, musically reverberates a Southern upbringing, poignant personal experience, and a determined nine-year journey as an artist in a customized HHPR style.
The youngest of 7 children, SBX received substantial support and musical influence from his family to nurture his innate passion for all things musical. It has been stated "he came out the womb a performer."
From youth and continuing in adulthood, he diligently refines as a vocalist-songwriter, musician-performer, and producer-sound engineer in commitment to his love for music creation.
Sir Ben Marx is tenured in the coffee scene, a star in the famous venue "ROCK SHOP," and a favorite in major cities East and West of the US.
He has opened for major artists, performed for thousands, and collaborated internationally, yet still remains humble with a sense of urgency.
"You get what you transmit" is a SBX motto, which he boldy gives with music as the signal.
