Belle Phoenix and The Subterranean Sea

The band were annointed as The Subterranean Sea to encaptulate the energy of the up and coming album Phoenix has nicknamed ‘Like Driving Drunk Through A Blizzard...'

During her time in London she independently released and produced Nine Lives with the support of now defunct publishing company Alberts Music (AC/DC).
In 2007, Phoenix found herself in a boutique studio recording an album with Mark Plati and sitting in the very chair that David Bowie himself had once graced. The ten tracks on the album had a vague DIY release in Australia with limited edition cd's. Recently, Belle has been working on a proper release for new and old music through Brisbane independent label Conquest Of Noise.
