Beki Bondage is the female singer / guitarist /songwriter in the punk band, Vice Squad.

Bondage is often cited as being the first punk pin-up, and featured on the front cover of a number of influential music tabloids such as Melody Maker, NME, Smash Hits and Sounds.

Bondage has played, written and recorded continuously since the mid eighties, and spent many years on the UK gigging circuit.

In 1997 she reformed Vice Squad with a new line-up and toured Europe. In 1999 the band released the 'Get A Life' album and went to the USA on the now infamous Social Chaos tour. The band returned to the USA in 2000 and 2001 and released 'Lo Fi Life' on Muck/Sudden Death.The band also played regularly in the UK and Europe. In 2003 they released the ironically titled ' Rich and Famous ' album on EMI. In 2006 the band were billed to play the British Invasion Festival in California but a riot broke out just as they were going on stage. Later that year they went back to the States for a West Coast tour and released 'Defiant' on SOS Records. In 2009 the band embarked on another West Coast tour and released 'London Underground' on their own label 'Last Rockers Records'.



In a speech on April 23, 2006 (St George's Day), for the Campaign to Celebrate our English Heritage, controversial journalist Garry Bushell cited Bondage as "a jewel in the crown of England's glory".
