LEASING RIGHTS:
You might be interested in leasing.
With leasing rights, I may resell the beat to anyone else and you are allowed the use of the instrumental for one commercial album release or demo song. If you do decide later you want to purchase exclusive rights, the price you paid for the lease will be deducted from the exclusive price. Leasing prices are $150 and up each beat or package deal 3 for $300. All liscensed (leased) beats are sent thru email in high quality mp3 format as "instant download" after payement has been verified, unless shipping thru usps is requested.
COMMERCIAL RIGHTS:
Prices for commercial rights range from $500 and up per beat. With exclusive rights any beat purchased will no longer be sold to anyone else after purchase and removed from MYSPACE. You are permitted to use tracks granted commercial rights for album singles, radio play, public events and anything profitable except TRANSFER AND/OR RESALE. You will receive 2 cd's. One with audio, and one with the Protools Audio session in wav data format for studio engineer mixing, and a Top Priority Music Goup exclusive rights contract. Serious inquiries only.
