BBX WORLDWIDE ENTERPRISES LEASING

RIGHTS AGREEMENT The words Tracks or Beat are interchangeable in this agreement.

Meaning the entire instrumental, non-vocal layer of the song, which is

frequently based on a looped recording of a drum-rhythms. The word hook means a

sung or spoken word phrases written by the COMPANY. LEASING RIGHTS

1. You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song and/or a copy

of the raw WAV file(depending upon which leasing deal you select). The song file

can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD (depending upon which

leasing deal you select). Leasing rights allow the ARTIST to use the beat (or

song with or without hook) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This

recording can then be distributed at the ARTIST’S price for up to 1,000 copies.

Selling more than 1,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive

rights from the COMPANY. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional

use or demos. The both of the latter terms can not exceed 1,000 copies. You have

full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form

(exceptions are: the artist can not resell, lease, and/or file share the beat)

for this one commercial recording. 2. This agreement provides you the

NON-EXCLUSIVE rights to the track(s). In the event that someone buys the

exclusive rights to the track you have leased, your rights shall stand and the

track is still yours to use under the current leasing agreement. You may also

acquire new leasing rights for a period of one additional time after the beat

has been sold exclusively, because your contract predates the exclusive sale.

3. The COMPANY will not receive a royalty from the artists’ sale of

records or downloads for the leasing agreement. You must however give full

credit to the COMPANY (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings

and provide the company with a FREE final CD copy of Artists’ project

utilizing the COMPANIES tracks(s).

Also, any drops performed by the COMPANY ON THE

MIXTAPE MUST REMAIN ON THE TRACKS (drops= announcement of

company/producer/artist). If you purchase INDIVIDUAL TRACKS the drops are

removed unless you request otherwise. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the

COMPANY still owns the beat(s), its publishing rights, and the COMPANY is able

to resell and/or lease the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights

have been purchased. 4. THE ARTIST is bound legally by the terms of this

agreement WORLDWIDE.
