It was in 2002 that 7IM-VWA was formally baptized. Congolese origins, you can easily recognize their accent and their way of thinking which characterize the groups of the areas. The originality of the group rests on a fusion between the rap music and hip-hop. This dimension of hip-hop music, which is added to various influences (New York Rap, Dirty South rap, French Rap, African music, Dancehall, Reggea, Grime), forms a new and powerful sound. That makes it possible to touch a vaster public which finds the music that they know all, while familiarizing himself with a new style. Even those that were never attracted by rap music before appreciate the originality of 7IM-VWA. 7IM-VWA Europe section, composed by G.I.S and Nyrro, are representing the group in Europe. To increase the popularity at a global stage, they came to Birmingham/England to work with as much European artists as possible.
Having already recorded smash hits like Big Boss and R.D Negro, they let themselves know really fast and prove that this is a Duo to be observed.
Inspired not only by rap music, but all other types of sounds, their concept is quite easy to understand. With their lyrical skills and unique flow, they got their respect in a world that maybe does not understand French, but that feels the new vibe they bring to the table.
