Basick Sickness

The pair started playing music together in an alternative rock band in the 6th grade, Basick on
the bass and E.O.J. on the drums. Their first performance was their 8th grade graduation,
consequently the bands last. Due to uncontrollable family circumstances, the two had to part
ways and E.O.J. was moved to Florida. The pair lost contact for 5 years. Coincidentally,
when the two were reacquainted in 2004, Basick had moved on to writing and vocals, and
E.O.J had shifted into electronic drum machines and synthesizers, a few of which he builds
himself. In 2009 the duo had added DJ BTips to the group and started using live
instrumentation at shows instead of a backing instrumental track.



we have done shows with: Insane Clown Posse, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Raekwon ( of Wu-Tang), Twiztid, Hed PE, CNN (Capone n Noreaga), Paul Wall, Bizzarre (of D-12), Wiz Khalifa, Cage, The Dayton Family, Kool Keith (Dr. Octagon), Rehab, DJ Clay, Boondox, Crazy Anglos, OPM, Dirtball, Potluck, Mars, S.Money & Boas (of the Govament), King Gordy, Bronze Nazareth (of Wu Tang Family), and EVERY OTHER LOCAL PITTSBURGH ARTIST (yes really, every one).
I have performed at every major venue in the city and damn near every bar that has live music and every other little shit hole too.
